P4 office complex rising in Warsaw Służewiec is an unconventional investment, as far as the office space is concerned – the interiors will not resemble the classic open-space with suspended celling, which you have adjusted to. The space and constructions designed by JEMS Architects will look like industrial lofts with characteristic fusion of concrete, wood and metal, inspired by the historical Służewiec buildings.
The Garvest’s investment consists of 4 buildings harmoniously creating the office complex, which is going to develop in two stages. The first two buildings realization has been in progress so far – the seven storey one and the lower one with the cascade and terraces. There will be about 25,000 sq m office space for lease with 275 parking places, for bikes too. Some additional facilities like cloakroom with showers, gym and kindergarten will increase the quality of use. Moreover the vast green space will be a great advantage of the project.
The finish of the building works is estimated on July 2017.
