CEO of Portico Galicja Warsaw company owninig the premises at the corner of Rajska and Heweliusza Streets announced that the company intends to sell the site. In October 2009 has been issued the construction permit but the company anticipates that investment will not return. The investor will look for a new owner, but there is a small chance that the investment will start this year.
