Two office buildings in the Fuzja complex in Łódź received use permits. The buildings provide 19,000 sqm of space in total. The appearance of both buildings combines history with modernity. An example is the wall, which is a part of the office buildings, which in the times of factory's functioning served as a water mangle and drying room. This wall has been entered in the register of historical monuments.
In addition, apart from respecting history, the design of the office buildings in Fuzja also takes care of environmental protection. This is evidenced by the BREEAM certificate on the Excellent level.
