Demolition has started at 36 Swietokrzyska Street in the center of Warsaw. The old office block from the 1960s will be replaced by a new one which will reach 150 m. Currently the developer, Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN), awaits a building permit.
The demolition work will last until the end of this year, whilst the new building is to be completed in 2021. The total lettable area will amount to 40 000 sq m.
