Construction of a new, three-storey building is planned in Toruń East Investment and Logistics Zone. The two upper floors will be fully dedicated to office space, whereas the first floor is planned to be used as an entertainment and relaxation zone, connected with one common dining room.
The property will provide approximately 1,200 sqm, of which 300 sqm will be used as offices and 900 sqm as a warehouse.
Currently, the investor is in the process of obtaining a building permit.
