Topping out of the Equator IV, that is located on the Jerozolimskie Avenue, has just been placed.
14-storey Equator IV offers over 30,000 sqm of a leasable space. Whole building was constructed according to the rules of the BREEAM certificate on a Very Good level. Despite the 4-storey underground parking for over 200 cars, there will be also over 70 parking places for bikes and changing rooms with showers for the cyclists.
Commission is planned for June 2018.
