Third stage of A4 Business Park office complex which is under construction in Katowice was awarded the BREEAM Interim certificate with Very Good rating. During the certification the office building scored 68,1 percent. Buildings of the first and second stages of the project also were awarded Very Good BREEAM certificates.
A4 Business Park is an office complex consisting of 3 modern office buildings with a total space of over 30,500 sqm. Third space, which is the biggest one, will deliver over 12,100 sqm of office space to let. The third stage of the project will be completed in August 2016.
