Flexible office will be launched in Okrąglak office building in Poznań. A total of 1,500 sqm on two floors will be available to future tenants. It will be possible to start the lease from September 2022.
Okrąglak office building is located in the very centre of Poznań and is distinguished by its unusual shape. Apart from the office part, the building also has retail and service premises. Okrąglak along with the neighbouring Kwadraciak office building are under the care of the conservator of monuments.
