The construction of another building has begun at Krakowski Park Technologiczny. The object will offer 4 200 sq m of space for one or two tenants. Thus it will be the smallest building in Dot Office complex.
Apart from the office space the property developer took care of numerous facilities for employees – restaurants, cafés, a shop, ATM and relax space around buildings, among other things. In the future, there is also a plan to open a medical center, a fitness club and a kindergarten.
G building, whose general contractor is Buma Group, will be completed in the second quarter of 2018.
