The Park 7 building in The Park Warsaw complex has received the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. During certification, the building received the highest marks in the categories of water and energy consumption and location and transport solutions.
The Park Warsaw is a complex of office buildings located in the district of Włochy. Ultimately, the complex will consist of 12 buildings with a total area of 130,000 sqm. In addition to offices, the campus includes a gastronomic area, a grocery shop, a fitness club, a car wash and a kindergarten.
