The Golub GetHouse company bought from the Irish Development Group, a plot of land located at Grzybowska Street. The previous owner wanted to develop a 26-storey apartment building. A new investor has different plans in relation to this area – a 80 meters high office building with approx. 21 000 sqm of office space for lease. Start of the construction is scheduled for this year.
