For over a year, in the very centre of Bydgoszcz, the Nowy Port project has been under construction, offering prestigious office and service areas, as well as apartments. The entire complex is to comprise a dozen buildings, four of which will be 36 metres high each, enriching the Bydgoszcz’s skyline.
In one of the office buildings of the complex, of which pre-sale is currently underway, the minimum module will be 45 sqm. The leasing of office space in Nowy Port will be characterized by a high degree of flexibility - the floors of the building will offer the possibility of combining spaces of up to 400 sqm. The developer claims that Nowy Port is the most modern and best-designed space in Bydgoszcz. The completion date of the project is not yet known.
