Polna Corner is the investment with an unique character - the fusion of the history and futuristic glass form. The Bartłomiej Białyszew B'ART's project is the kind of construction, meant to fill the gap in the street frontage. Former building was partly destroyed and its blank walls had become the advartising vehicle, mainly because of low esthetic value. The old construction was demolished to be replaced by the new - modern, elegant and glass building harmoniously referring to the surrounding buildings and the street frontage. Careco company is the investor, which decided to take advantage of the attractive location of the intersection of Polna and Warynskiego Street on the Warsaw city center.
The planned building has the chance to exploit the potential of the location and history while creating approx. 6,000 sq m of modern office space offering the highest standards, foreseen to get the BREEAM certificate. The general contractor, Modzelewski Modzelewski & Rodek Building Contractors and PORR Poland plan to finish the building works by the end of 2017.
