The renovation of the Wrocław Centrum Orląt office building at Orląt Lwowskich Square has begun. The new owner announced his plans in May this year.
Centrum Orląt is the A-class office building constructed in 2002, distinguished by its characteristic shape. The building has not been modernized since its completion. Therefore, a decision was made to carry out a renovation. Modernization will cover both the interior and the facade of the building. The concept of the project is to create a space for employees that is not limited only to the workplace. A zone for rest will be created there. Architects, keeping in mind the latest trends, plan to increase the proportion of plants in the space.
The modernization works are to be completed by January 2022.
