The Golden Tower is a 72-meter high skyscraper, which, following the consent of the Łódź city council, will be the first building of this type located in the Łódź downtown. Previously, the maximum allowed building height in this place was 25 meters.
What is more, the building will be very exclusive. Most of the space will be filled with high-class apartments. Restaurants will be on the first floor, a swimming pool and a relaxation zone on the sixth floor. The façade, as the name suggests, will be golden.
This is a landmark event in the real estate sector in Łódź since at that time Piotrkowska Street has consisted only of historic tenement houses.
The approval needed for the project was granted by Lex Developer.
