Bolero Investment, the investor of planned office complex called Łopuszańska Office Park has just selected Erbud company as a general contractor of the investment. Erbud will be responsible for the construction of the office building as well as for land use and external infrastructure. Łopuszańska Office Park will be a modern office complex offering over 10 000 sqm of office space for rent. Start of the construction is scheduled for August this year, while the completion is planned for November 2013.
