The laying of foundation in Nowogrodzka Square, a Warsaw office block, being raised by the developer Yareal in the very centre of Warsaw, is coming to an end. A walking city passage, which will connect Aleje Jerozolimskie and Nowogrodzka Street, is to be built next to the building.
The construction of the edifice, which will rise among the historic tenement houses of the 1930s, began last year. Seven storeys have been planned, which are to offer 11 000 sq m of class A office space and 200 sq m of retail space, situated on the ground floor, to its tenants.
