Works on the construction of the EQ2 office building are almost completed. The finishing touches to the facade of the building are underway, as well as tests of devices and installations. The development of external areas was also started. The office building will feature green islands with lush vegetation and a green roof.
The EQ2 offers over 2,860 sq m of office space to lease on 8 stores. The size of a typical floor is approx. 370 sq m, which gives many options in terms of space management. Tenants also have at their disposal 2-level underground parking.
