Podium Park in Kraków has been certificated on the level "Outstanding" of the BREEAM accreditation system. This is one of the highest ratings in Europe in the office buildings category.
The complex owes its recognition to atypical solutions in the field of ecology, such as a rental of electric cars, bicycles and scooters or elevation complying with the requirements for thermal insulation. The project also includes 5 000 sq m of green areas on the complex site.
