Nowy Świat 2.0 in Warsaw has been awarded with the ecological LEED certificate on the level "Gold".
Materials made of secondary raw materials as well as materials produced or excavated within the 800 km radius from the office building have been used during the construction works. The object also boasts the adaptation of various water-efficient solutions and fixtures as well as the use of low-emitting materials.
The building, which belongs to Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe, was designed by architects from AMC - Andrzej M.Chołdzyński Sp. z o.o. and Karmar S.A. was the general contractor. The object offers almost 4 200 m2 of class A office area on 5 overground storeys and retail area on the ground floor and underground. There is also a parking lot and cycling infrastructure available.
