The construction works of X20 office building are being conducted in the vibrant district of Warsaw, the lower Mokotów. The X20 building is a 6-storey, A-class office and commercial investment, which will provide over 16,000 sq m of leasable space.
The construction of the office building is proceeding according to schedule: the building structure is ready, installation works are in progress inside, whereas the facade assembly works are taking place outside the facility.
The planned completion date of X20 construction is Q3 this year. The investment will offer its tenants access to a fitness center, bicycle room with showers and cloakroom, drugstore and restaurants.
