The construction of new buildings in Centrum Praskie Koneser complex just started

The construction of buildings M and N just started. The delivery date is planned for Q1 2021.

The buildings will offer 22,000 sqm of leasable area. 5-storey buildings will extend the complex which already has 25,500 sqm. Koneser has a green certificate - BREEAM Interim 2013 New Construction on Excellent level.
