An official ceremony of embedding a foundation stone was held at the 3T Office Park complex in Gdynia. This is currently the biggest project conducted in Gdynia.
Well organized transport infrastructure and numerous amenities in the surroundings tempt potential tenants. The total usable area located in 3 towers will amount nearly 55,000 sqm, including 38,500 sqm of leasable space. Parking lot for 420 cars and 250 bikes will be at the tenants disposal.
The investment is fulfilling the requirements of international ecological certificate BREEAM on the 'Excellent' level. The end of construction works is planned for IIQ 2021.
