Tertium Business Park office complex with three independent 10-storey buildings has just begun the final stage of construction. In total, the complex will provide almost 40 000 sq m. of attractive, modern office space. Works in the second of the three buildings of Tertium Business Park have just been completed. The planned date of commissioning the third building is scheduled for 2021.
Tertium Business Park is located in the north of Cracow in the immediate vicinity of one of the city's thoroughfares Bora Komorowskiego Avenue. In addition, the construction of a fast city tram line is planned near the investment.
During the design and construction of the Tertium Business Park complex, the highest standards of A-class office space were taken care of. Modern building management systems were used in the office buildings.
