The construction of Brama Portowa - a complex consisting of two buildings which will offer approximately 11 000 sqm of office space for lease, has just started. The investment is scheduled for 3/4 quarter of 2012.
The buildings will be constructed in accordance with environmentally friendly solutions, and will apply for LEED certification. The main contractor of the investment is Hochtief Poland, the investor – Swede Center.
