There was made a decision to prolong expiry date of BREEAM In-Use international Certificate for Sterlinga Business Center in Asset and Building Management categories. In the autumn 2014 building was certified on level Excellent in both these categories.
Located in Łódź, Sterlinga Business Center is a modern office building which offers many ecologic solutions such as systems limiting water waste. It provide more than 12,000 sqm of office space to lease on nine storeys together with 180 parking spaces for its tenants.
