A project envisioning the revitalization of Poznan's historic Stara Rzeznia complex has received the green light. A permit has been issued for the renovation of the first three buildings, which will be restored and converted into office facilities.
Further modernization of the remaining part of Stara Rzeznia is currently being consulted by the city of Poznan authorities with the residents. The entire target development site is about 5,5 ha, and the total usable area is expected to be more than 80,000 sqm, much of which will be office space. The developer handling the project anticipates that construction work will most likely begin in the summer of 2023.
