Sky Office Center located in Warsaw's Mokotów district has successfully passed the certification process and has received the BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level. The BREEAM In-Use certificate is awarded to buildings used for at least two years.
Sky Office Center is the six-storey building combining office and retail functions. A number of pro-ecological solutions have been applied in the building, the latest of which are nesting boxes for birds on the roof of the office building. As part of the certification, elements such as construction, used systems and building management and their impact on the environment were assessed. The building got above 70% score.
