Skanska’s investments plans are dynamically developing and have recently crossed Warsaw borders. While construction works in Wroclaw's Green2Day office building are progressing the next office project in Gdańsk is being prepared. The business district will be enhanced by a new office complex located nearby the University of Gdańsk. The investor estimates to bring to the market 42,000 sq m of usable space for lease on recently bought area of 0.9 ha.
The start of construction works is scheduled for the second half of 2017. The complex will obtain the use permit in 2019, as the Skanska’s plans assumes.
