City block defined by streets of Dolny Mokotów district - Sobieskiego, Idzikowskiego and Witosa is finally going to be developed. Since 90s of XX century there have been only the remainings of unfinished building works of the office center Plac Europa.
V Point investment, introduced in 2014, will be accomplished by Skanska Property Poland. The project of an office building which offers about 13,000 sq m of space for lease is currently being refined. The start of construction works depends on the interest of the potential tenants.
