The construction of the second phase of Business Garden complex in Warsaw has been completed. The investment, located on Żwirki i Wigury St., includes five office blocks with the total lettable area of 56 000 sq m, a garden and road infrastructure.
The complex consists of seven office buildings with 90 000 sq m. The tenants are to be attracted by modern office interiors, green surrounding, a well-developed public transport system enabling fast and comfortable commuting from different parts of the city, as well as numerous amenities such as situated nearby service points and a fitness club. The project is currently undergoing the process of obtaining the LEED ecological certification.
The second phase of Business Garden complex has been realized by the investor and developer Vastint Poland. The company Hochtief Polska was the general contractor.
