S + B Gruppe which is an Austrian development company is planning further investments in Warsaw. The company is currently exploring the possibility of construction of an office building in the city center at Królewska Street. The project includes the construction of an office building with leasable office space of approximately 6 200 square meters. However, these are only preliminary assumptions because the investment is at a very early stage. S + B Gruppe has already completed one office investment in Warsaw - Zebra Tower office building.
