A preliminary purchase agreement for Sagittarius Business House in Wrocław has been signed. The office block, due to be completed in the first quarter of 2018, will be owned by Warbug-HIH Invest Real Estate, a German company managing real estate funds. Echo Investment is the developer of the project.
Sagittarius Business House, located in the center of Wrocław, will have nearly 25 000 sq m of office space. Additionally, the ground floor of the building will offer 1 700 sq m, reserved for commercial and service activities, as well as a kindergarten. The tenants will have 322 parking spots at their disposal.
