Renovation works on the Directorate building with an area of 6,000 sq m are being finalized at the Imperial Shipyard in Gdańsk. The five-storey office building at Doki 1 Street is a place where history meets modernity.
The revitalization lasting over a year is aimed at renewing the original elements, a thorough repair of the interior and facade of the building, as well as equipping the historic investment with an elevator.
After restoration, the facility will be used as an office. Tenants will have approximately 4,000 sq m of modern and atmospheric office space at their disposal. The last two floors of the office building will be designed as a co-working zone.
