Situated at the junction of Piłsudskiego and Komandorskiej Streets in Wrocław A class office project, Retro Office House, has been commissioned at the beginning of April. Construction works on the object, set apart by its reminiscent of 20th century design by Kuryłowicz & Associates, began in September 2016 and proceeded according to the schedule, and sometimes even ahead of it.
Rentable area of the building stands at almost 21,000 sq m. and there are 155 underground parking spots. The building is already rented in 96,6%.
