Five buildings belonging to the Kraków's office complex Quattro Business Park have obtained new or updated BREEAM In-Use certificates at an Excellent level. Such assessment indicates the implementation of pro-ecological solutions and the high effectiveness of facility management. Bicycle parking and sanitary facilities have been implemented for cycling fans, and a multi-storey parking lot is located in the southern part of the development. A range of carefully selected plant species has also been introduced, providing ecosystems for insects and birds.
Quattro Business Park is a modern complex of five A-class office buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 57,000 sqm. They are located in the rapidly developing district of Prądnik Czerwony in Krakow, at Generała Bora-Komorowskiego Avenue, which is one of the main arteries of the city.
