Construction of the Business Park Torun office building, located at the intersection of Trasa Średnicowa and Legionów Street, is progressing rapidly. The project started at the beginning of 2024, and the visible contours of the building can already be seen. Designed to be three storeys high, the office building will offer more than 5 000 sqm. Work is progressing as planned, with the open shell currently being finalised. All finishing work is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
Business Park Toruń is an investment that aims to introduce innovative solutions that emphasise the sustainable nature of the building. The investor has announced that the building will meet high low-carbon standards. To this end, photovoltaic systems, reversible heat pumps, modern insulation and energy-efficient mechanical ventilation with heat recovery will be installed. The office interiors will be designed to encourage employee creativity, and intelligent facility management will enable optimum use of resources.
