The construction and revitalisation work on the post-factory complex of Widzewska Manufaktura has entered the next phase. The historic spinning mill is being dynamically transformed into one of the largest mixed-use complexes in Lodz. Work on the first building of the facility - building D - will soon be completed. Workers are currently putting the last touches to the finishing work, the commissioning of equipment and the start-up of installations. Soon, residents will be able to visit the new gym, which will open in an area of almost 2,000 sqm.
The project's second building, named building A, will offer tenants around 30,000 sqm of Grade A office space. The building is expected to be completed in 2024. The entire WIMA complex is expected to eventually offer as much as 55,000 sqm of usable space, more than 400 rental flats, and more than 1,100 parking spaces for visitors and tenants of the complex.
