The construction process of the Andersia Silver office building is progressing according to the developer's plan. The investment is at the stage of construction of the aboveground levels, of which there will eventually be 25. Work is currently underway on the fifth level. The total height of 116 metres will guarantee it the title of the tallest building in Poznan. The total office space of around 40,000 sqm is expected to increase the size of Poznan's office real estate market by as much as 5%.
The building has been designed in accordance with ESG standards. This is guaranteed by a LEED Gold certificate. The Andersia Silver office building is scheduled for completion in mid-2025.
