A renovation of the lobby and publicly accessible terrace is planned in PRIME, Warsaw office building.
The comprehensive renovation of the building includes not only the refreshing of the interiors, but also the implementation of state-of-the-art solutions that will significantly improve energy efficiency and working comfort in the office building. The modernisation will include advanced air-conditioning systems with airflow control, AI-based intelligent heat management and the expansion of the BMS system. In addition, the GSM signal will be strengthened, providing phone calls also in the lift and car park. The new PRIME lobby will gain coworking and lounge spaces. A refreshed terrace on the ground floor will provide a green enclave for relaxation. The expansion will also include infrastructure for cyclists, including changing rooms and showers, and electric car charging stations will appear in the underground garage.
With this upgrade, PRIME will prove that it meets the criteria required for the WiredScore, SmartScore and BREEAM certifications which it has already received.
All work is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
PRIME is a 22- floor office skyscraper located in the heart of Warsaw's Wola district. It has an office space of approximately 21,000 m². In addition, the building has a high rental rate of 90 per cent.
