The construction of an intimate office building with a total usable area of 3,300 sqm, of which 2,600 sqm will be occupied by office space and the remaining space will be used for retail and service units, has started in Poznań at 9 Wujka Street.
The office building will have 5 floors above ground. Construction work is expected to take 14 months, with a planned completion date of June 2024.
