The Maraton building construction which appears in the Poznań city center, has already reached the highest point of the sixth floor – after almost 14 months from the construction launching, the symbolic topping out loomed on the pick.
The investment, with the Skanska as the general contractor, will offer modern office space designed according to the sustainable development rules and functionality, comfort and innovative design as priors. The investor assumes getting the LEED certificate. The complex will create 15,200 sq m office space and approx. 3,000 sq m retail space. The Maratońska Street inspired the creators to name the building, as much as the sport objects around the Maraton. An attractive location provides the dynamically developing business surrounding and vast green spaces nearby. The green places will also pamper the users in the construction’s interior – a patio with fountains and grass terraces on roofs.
The new stage of the building works – front elevation, has just started, 9 months before the estimated finish.
