The owner of the plot of land located between Malta Lake and Malta shopping center – Skanska Property Poland – intends to begin the construction of Malta House office building in Q1 2012.
Malta House will be a five-storey office building offering almost 15 000 sqm of rentable office space, together with 270 underground parking spaces.
Malta House will be an ecological building, implementing the standards of LEED ecological certification system. The completion of the investment is scheduled for Q4 2013.
