Investors of Poleczki Business Park – UBM and CA IMMO – have recently inaugurated a Veturilo bike station. The station is located just next to the office complex Poleczki Business Park and offers 15 bicycle stands and 11 bicycles.
Poleczki Business Park is one of the largest office projects in Poland. The first phase of the complex was completed in 2010, offering approximately 45 000 sq m of rentable area. In 2011, construction of the second phase began, delivering two buildings of a total of 21 000 sq m office space to let. The buildings were awarded the Gold certificate LEED.
At present, the developer is preparing for the construction of the third phase, which will consist of two buildings with a total of 17 000 sq m of space for lease.
