There will be one more building in the number of buildings in Warsaw's Poleczki Park complex. The building technology is described as hybrid wood construction, which will minimise the emission of CO2 gases that contribute to global warming.
Timber Park will have an area of approximately 7,8 thousand square metres. In addition, the building will offer 67 parking spaces, some of which will be assigned to electric cars. The company responsible for the construction plans to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
