Tholons, a company that analyzes world markets in terms of best locations for BPO/SSC services, has published its newest report "2015 TOP 100 Outsourcing Destinations". The 3 most recommended places are Bangalore and Mumbai in India and Manila, Philippines. Among 100 best locations there are three polish cities: Wrocałw (62nd place), Warsaw (30th place) and Cracow (9th place). Cracow has won the place in the top 10 in 2014, when it outrun Dublin, Ireland.
