The fourth building belonging to the Platinium Business Park has been allowed to use. The building with a lettable area of 13 000 sqm has been fully leased by the Aviva Group. In April has also started the construction of Platinum V with a total rentable area of 11 000 sqm, which will apply for LEED Gold certification.
