PKP sold the site located between Chmielna Street, Jana Pawła II and Jerozolimskie Avenue, which now is a huge parking lot.
The urban concept approved by the City Hall allows for construction of two approximately 130 meters high towers with approximately 90 000 sqm of office space for lease.
The tender won HB Reavis company.
