The first stage of Opolska Business Park has been granted an occupancy permit. The project is going to be developed in three stages. The construction of the first stage started in January 2016.
Opolska Business Park is going to consist of three 12-storey office buildings. All three stages of the project will provide the total of 57,000 sqm of grade A office space. There are also two parking lots planned: underground and overground. In October 2015 Opolska Business Park complex was awarded BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate.
