The construction of multifunctional complex Centaurus has started and currently is at the earthwork stage. Centaurus, situated at the junction of Marszałka Józefa and Głowackiego Streets in Olsztyn, will consist of four buildings and will combine commercial and housing functions. The complex will also include a hotel.
The area of the whole complex will be 29 000 sq m, of which 13 500 sq m will be a commercial space and 11 900 will be a housing space. The area of the hotel will be 3,800 sq m.
